If your link doesn't work
What the messages on a speaker, session or sponsor link mean, and what to do about each one.
Your private link may stop working for a few reasons. The page says which one.

| This link isn't available | The link is incomplete or mistyped, or the event no longer exists. | Copy the whole link from the organizer's email again. If it still doesn't work, ask the organizer to resend it. |
| Profile updates are paused or Session updates are paused | The organizer has turned off editing for now. | Wait, or contact the organizer. The same link works again when they turn editing back on. |
| Profile updates have closed or Session updates have closed | The event has ended and the editing window has closed, usually two weeks after the event. | Contact the organizer with the changes you need. |
| This link has been deactivated | The organizer has switched off this particular link. | Contact the organizer for a new one. |
| This session isn't available | The organizer may have removed the session from the schedule, or taken you off it. | Contact the organizer. |
Most of these pages show the organizer's email address. Otherwise, use the contact details from the organizer's original email.
Other problems
- "Couldn't save. We'll retry on your next change.": your connection dropped. Keep the page open and your next change saves everything.
- "Image must be 8 MB or smaller.": use a smaller JPG or PNG.
- "Please fix the highlighted fields before submitting.": a web address or phone number isn't valid. Web addresses need to start with https://.
- You can't find a field: the organizer manages it. Ask them to change it.
